McNeil previously worked in former Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm’s Legislative Affairs Division. She was also a statewide organizer for the Rock the Vote movement.  Thanks to her legal and organizing background, she is an expert on campaign finance and non-profit organizational matters, something which has caught the attention of clients and officeholders alike.

When it comes to her personal beliefs, McNeil is completely unshakeable.  Family, friends, community involvement and faith are her bedrock pillars.  

McNeil’s bedrock beliefs also include a deep faith in Michigan’s future. “There’s a resurgence coming,” she says.  “Once we plug the state’s brain drain, many of our best researchers, educators, venture capitalists, and philanthropists will be returning classmates and neighbors.”
