With a focus on healthcare, her specialty is advancing clients’ interests in the executive branch. “Healthcare is often too complex for a term-limited Legislature to deal with comprehensively, so the ability to affect change through the administrative process is a tremendous added value for our clients.”  

Linderoth has represented hospitals and other providers for over a decade in the crucial area of expanding access to healthcare via Michigan’s Certificate of Need process. “We’ve represented everybody from small, rural hospitals to internationally acclaimed health systems,” says Linderoth. 

“The never-ending struggle is promoting access while controlling costs – that’s where our healthcare practice lives.”

Linderoth has helped secure regulatory approval for over $350 Million in healthcare facility and technology investments in the last three (3) years alone and she’s just getting started. “Our clients have several hundred million in potential new investments in the pipeline.  They’re depending on us for the knowledge – and the relationships - to get the job done.” 

Linderoth is an unpretentious native of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Like most “Yoopers” she’s fun to be around.
