Kelley Cawthorne

Bill Bullard, Jr., recently joined Kelley Cawthorne in an of counsel capacity. Mr. Bullard, a former State Senator from Highland Township, currently serves as the Chair of the Oakland County Commission. 

    Bill Bullard served twenty (20) years in the Michigan Legislature. He chaired the House Tax Policy Committee during the adoption of Proposal A, the land mark property tax reform measure of 1993.  Mr. Bullard also chaired the Senate Financial Services and Transportation Committees and was the chief sponsor of over 170 bills which became public acts.  After leaving the Legislature due to term limits, Bill Bullard served as the district representative for United States Congressman Thad McCotter of Livonia.
